A polygraph consists of several questions in the same format of 'have you ever...' and the administrator will ask you to lie to some obvious questions, for example, "is your name..." and "are you sitting down." I never had a panel interview.

Why do you want to work for the city of Hammond? If you saw another officer with a bottle of liquor in his locker, what would you do? A call is put out for a vehicle involved in an armed robbery, matching one that you just noticed, what do you do? -that same vehicle isn't the one fitting the description of the wanted suspects (IE. the suspects were white and the car was occupied by blacks)
