Level 4- This round will have 3 interviews 1st interview. You will have access to interviewers laptop and will be given one slide that was shown in level 3. In last level you identified the error and in this level you have to correct these errors. Have basic power point knowledge of where things are and certain shortcuts. You will have 15 mins to do the correction. After that you will be asked few questions about the slide and what was your plan to correct them 2nd and 3rd interview were behavioural interview. The major questions will be like an incident where you faced difficulty, you have to convince a diverse group, a positive and negative feedback by your employer, had to meet the deadline. Search for general hr interview question. Prepare detailed scenario for them it can be real or one you created. The scenarios should be detailed and not one lined. You may be asked further questions with the scenario so be ready with how much details you can. You can also ask for a min to think after the question is asked.
Level 3- This is called Role simulation. X needs a slide and will provide their requirements. Y is your colleague and has created that slide. you need to review what errors have Y done. The errors will be simple ones and are easily visible . Write a detailed note of all the errors in the given space. Part 2 will be email writing . You have to write an email to X for the given scenario
For Level 1: The question will be check your english knowledge. It is an mcq test. You will have a not sure option if you don't know it click that instead of guessing. Wrong answer will have negative marks but not sure will not have any neg marks.
