If yes, how? - We might have high school kids / college students during summer for certain tasks, but they seem not too motivated. How would you approach and make them more motivated? - To build a better team, it needs to be a drama / gossip free environment. How do you deal with gossips at work? - One of your fellow RSAs is not doing too great on his/her work. How would you inform that to him/her without confronting?

I originally interviewed for a Research Technician job, mostly wet lab. And because I also had experience with coordinating projects, I was asked if I'd like to also be considered for a Tech. Research Assistant, which I had no idea what that role would entail.
