Told that I was causing problems - by doing my job - but nowhere was I given written instruction about what to do. Little to none job integration and senior managers who talked out of both side of their mouth - apparently more intrigued about which way the wind was blowing instead of being helpful managers. A junk team, I'd say.

I don't think any question they asked was difficult or unexpected. I spent several days researching the company and doing mock-interviewing with my wife, so I went in well-prepared. They did not ask anything challenging or tricky.

Interview is very technical. As a safety professional you're expected to know various safety management systems, various occupational safety laws, various theories, and how to apply these to certain situations. In addition to this you're expected to know how to affect safety culture and mentalities and how to deal with resistance.
