I always wonder what would have happened if a proper java side architect or technical director. Lost a good chance with a mismatch between candidate and interviewer. I did not get much as learning from the interview. I feel I deserve a second chance. I am not that bad.
They asked scenario based questions
1. Name a project (data, name and scope) where your management failed
Very simple and to the point interview process based on technical and process based knowledge. Technically you have to be able to understand and respond.
Experience in Cyber security Time and where you gather your experiences Revealing Client details (demanding)
Was I familiar with network systems and hardware/software upgrades/updates?
If I could lift 70 lbs and if not would I ask for assistance.
Will you work with us on contract
These were largely casual conversations around experience, management style etc
tech questions which were beyond syllabus
