Provided with a business case and had 15 minutes to prepare to present plan and roadmap. Panel group presentation with various level within the organization coming in and out during the hour long in person interview. Business case was not representative of the type of work and job description I was interviewing for, was targeting soft skills evaluation.
What it boils down to is, "Are you someone we want to hang out with"?
Put me in a room without a desk for an hour and asked me to build a presentation, which I did, and was then told I made too many assumptions
