Why do you want to work for us? Any weaknesses? How do handle a tough situation at work? Any achievements? Also question in respect with my background and position These were all answer in a STAR model. The panel were very professional and straight to the point, nothing intimidating. Bottom line, I would suggest be yourself and be honest as you answer the questions. Least but not last be professional. Time wise I was out after 2 hours.

Summary of my experience, then questions focused on competencies requested for the job, asking to describe specific moment in my carreer when I demonstrated a specific skill. Everything was run in a casual « chat mode », to make you feel good and at ease.
How would you convince a VP to approve a certain deal?
How do you engage passive candidates?
Why did you choose this candidate to message? What stood out on their resume to message them? How would you handle a req that has been open for 6 months?
