A lot of scenario and CRM questions. For the most part they were very basic “tell me a time” “tell me how do you get into an office now without samples”?
How was I able to turn around my prior territory? Describe how I was able to achieve my prior success. Also what was my biggest failure in my current position.
How would I be able to learn new subject matter and adapt to new territory as well as launch new molecule?
The questions seemed to be off the top of the managers head.
