Throughout the interview process, everyone that I spoke with genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person and what I was looking for both personally and professionally.
What areas of opportunity this position might entail that I would be able to better counteract my predecessor
The interview questions were very casual. There were no "gotcha" type questions, and the interview felt like it was geared as much around being a personality fit as it was regarding anything technical.
