The questions were a bit strange and some were general and to be expected. They asked me about my leadership skills and my history with running teams in the past. They also asked me who I would plan a dinner party for? And who I'd invite in the community? I didn't really understand why this was a relevant question....

What is integrity? Boss vs. leader? What do you do during your free time? Tell me the last time you gave feedback. Last time you got feedback. If you could have anybody's role, what would that be? What is your 5 year goal? WHAT?! There was a lot more but those were the stand-outs. Be prepared to get follow up questions to your answers.
