Tell us about a time you had to deal with a difficult client. What was the issue? What steps did you take to resolve the issue. Walk us through them. Did your company make any long-lasting changes due to this issue? If you were unable to resolve the issue, what steps did you take to involve colleagues/supervisor to assist you?
The first interview was about my CV, in the 2nd interview I've had to answer situational questions: "what would you do if, when". I then had to repeat some of my answers to other interviewers later as well, since they asked very similar questions. It would have made more sense to organize this process better from the beginning or maybe share what has already been asked.
