1. Phone Interview: About the last occupation, relevant skills. 2. Onsite Interview: First part of the onsite interview was with the Lead of Tech Support about motivation. Questions about the company and checking the insights of the candidate. Second part of the interview involved programming questions from JS, CSS, PHP, API and SQL. All the questions were simulating the real issues that costumers could face and you as a technical support engineer have to come out with the solution and write an answer with a solution to a customer.
