Mainly opinion on shifts and salary. No mention of job duties, benefits etc. The atmosphere was so discouraging, I am thankful for the interviewer who actually saved me from this company.
Is it OK for me to OT without paid during peak seasons?
1. A legal document translation trial test sent through email (not difficult but quite time consuming) If you pass, they will invite you to an interview. There, you will have to: 2. prove you can type Chinese by typing a random print document on the staff's desk 3. do a written test very similar to (1) 4. Interview with the rude boss. Answer whatever random questions that comes to his mind (such as what is the name of this government official on a piece of news he was reading) 5. Interview with the manager. She will ask you a few old-school problem solving questions. The only one I can remember is: a client is looking for an interpreter of a rare language. The client said the interpreter must be very punctual and if not it will cause huge trouble to our company, but turned out this only interpreter you know is always late. Will you still take this job? The answer is: take the job and appoint the interpreter 2 hours earlier the client asked for lol
