Secondly I am a quick learner, I am able to minimize the training time and start to make contribution to the team very quickly. For example, I started off the operational risk role by dealing with some basic clients’ queries and reading documentations. I performed really well, and within few weeks my manager asked to me take more complex issues and get me involved with disaster recovery project. 3. Third is the working ethics.
