Lots of behavioral questions about staff management; general problem solving and conflict resolution. Nothing out of the ordinary for a management job.
A few behavioral questions included describe an instance where I had a difficult or poor performing employee, what did I do. Another, what do I look for in an employee. Technical questions were more scenario based, for example how would I go about putting together a solution to accommodate click stream data from their site for analysis and business decision. Also, describe what technologies may be considered.

Are you experienced with warehouse managing system and order managing system? How comfortable are you working on the weekend or overtime especially during double digit sales? How did you allocate and utilize budget given to drive sales and achieve your targets?
