They want you to say that "generosity is a reflection of your faith." However, generosity is, of course, much bigger than that. All faiths can be generous. Non-faiths can be generous. Just look at how young children are pre-disposed to share. If you want to work here, this is the litmus test to get at your faith leanings. Handle with care.
