Hurst Electric is looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
· Lead field operations on commercial electrical projects ranging from $25M to $100M+
· Supervise and direct crews of 50–200+ electricians
· Coordinate manpower, production schedules, and daily work activities
· Plan and execute work while maintaining project schedules and budgets
· Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors
· Manage material procurement and jobsite logistics
· Conduct daily planning meetings and mentor Foremen, Lead Electricians, and Apprentices
· Maintain exceptional safety performance and ensure OSHA compliance
· Ensure all work meets NEC requirements, project specifications, and Hurst Electric quality standards
Ideal Candidate Experience
We’re looking for candidates with proven success leading large-scale commercial electrical projects, including:
· Data Centers
· Advanced Manufacturing Facilities
· Large Distribution & Fulfillment Centers
· Large Commercial Design-Build Projects
· Leading crews of 50–200+ electricians
· Coordinating multiple foremen and field operations
· Working directly with General Contractors, Owners, Project Managers, and Design Teams
· Managing manpower, production schedules, and material coordination on large commercial projects
Qualifications
· Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License required
· Extensive experience leading large-scale commercial electrical construction projects
· Proven experience leading crews of 50–200+ electricians
· Experience managing commercial electrical projects valued between $25M to $100M+
· Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BIM coordination drawings
· Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, production tracking, and material coordination
· Experience operating aerial lifts, boom lifts, and other heavy equipment
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Ability to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex as projects require
