What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight in a clinic-based setting (with some home support as needed)
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and trainees
• Lead parent training with a focus on real-life application
• Use data to drive meaningful clinical decisions and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification (required) or LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification.
• Open to both newly certified and seasoned BCBAs / LBAs
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership mindset
• Passion for working with children and families
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
