LMI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Navy logistics enterprise modernization efforts for the F-35 LogIT program and related sustainment initiatives. As part of a high-performing systems engineering team, this role leads requirements engineering, systems analysis, verification and validation, and test engineering activities across the systems engineering lifecycle and engineering V-model. The candidate will work within Agile and SAFe environments to support stakeholder engagement, operational analysis, requirements traceability, test planning, and systems integration efforts aligned to Navy logistics and sustainment mission objectives. This individual will collaborate closely with Government leadership, operational users, engineers, architects, developers, and test teams to provide technical leadership, disciplined engineering support, and problem solving across complex DoD enterprise environments while helping drive modernization and mission effectiveness across DoD logistics systems.

Target Salary Range: $122,300 - $211,300
