Key Responsibilities
- Assist with communication and coordination between vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, clients, and internal teams
- Support the review, organization, and tracking of RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
- Assist with creating and updating Bills of Material (BOMs) from engineering drawings and project documentation
- Help obtain, organize, and compare vendor and supplier quotations
- Support purchasing and procurement activities, including purchase order and delivery tracking
- Assist with maintaining project schedules, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination
- Organize project files, records, and customer communications
- Support project closeout documentation and administrative follow-up tasks
- Participate in team meetings and assist with project-related and operational tasks as needed
- Learn industry standards, procurement procedures, and project execution workflows
- Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related technical field
- Interest in industrial, electrical, energy, or infrastructure projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Excel is preferred
- Willingness to learn technical drawings, material take-offs, and procurement processes

Compensation & Internship Details
- Hourly pay range: $15–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Position Type
