As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated HVAC Helper to join our team and work alongside experienced technicians on residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality projects.

What You'll Do

• Assist technicians with HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
• Help install ductwork, piping, condensers, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Learn proper HVAC service and installation procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
• Follow company safety procedures and job site standards
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Mechanical aptitude or construction experience preferred, but not required
• HVAC trade school students and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
