Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to help support the planning, coordination, and delivery of XR, AI, and immersive technology projects from kickoff through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-comfortable, and able to keep multiple moving parts aligned across creative, technical, and customer-facing teams.

The primary focus of this position is project delivery, including client communication, internal team coordination, timelines, deliverables, follow-up, and stakeholder alignment. Creative coordination and marketing support may be included as needed but are secondary to the project management responsibilities of the role.

Project Management:

· Schedule and attend team meetings to support customer deliverables

· Lead client-facing video calls with customers and internal teams

· Support project scoping, planning, budgeting, and schedule development

· Attend customer meetings, capture information, and schedule follow-up conversations

· Ensure SOWs, workback plans, and deliverables are documented, tracked, and communicated

· Serve as a primary point of contact for project questions, issues, and escalation coordination

· Manage cost, time, scope, and quality for projects

· Identify risks, flag issues early, and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track

· Manage change requests and ensure scope changes are documented and approved

· Clearly communicate project process and progress

· Own status updates, action items, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and clients

· Coordinate project resources and internal team assignments to support successful delivery

· Support development of storyboards, presentation materials, and project documentation for XR/AI activations

· Participate in creative solution discussions for customers leveraging XR/AI platforms

Creative & Marketing Support:

· Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to support customer deliverables

· Coordinate website updates and content publishing for Link To VR and its customers

o Partnering with internal dev/design resources as needed

· Support social media and email campaign execution for Link To VR and its customers

· Support marketing workflows, content calendars, and campaign coordination as needed

Qualifications:

· Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills

· Comfortable leading or supporting client-facing meetings and video calls

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and stakeholders

· Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

· Ability to work independently, prioritize efforts, and manage time effectively

· Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams

· Familiarity with agile-style delivery (workbacks, sprints, standups) and managing priorities across multiple stakeholders

· Comfortable translating between creative and technical teams and surfacing risks, blockers, and scope changes early

· Experience with Microsoft 365, Canva, Asana, Teams, and Adobe Creative Cloud

· Ability to work remotely and/or in-person (hybrid)

· Enthusiastic support of company goals to meet and exceed customer expectations

· Positive attitude and team-centric focus when working with customers and fellow employees

Work Location and Travel:

Link To VR is based in East Longmeadow, MA. Remote employees will be expected to attend occasional on-site team meetings at our corporate office. Additional customer-facing meetings may require travel to Boston, throughout the United States, and abroad.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
