CPR Cell Phone Repair is looking for a Customer Service Sales Representative / Electronic Repair Technician who can deliver a world-class customer experience while helping customers repair, replace, and upgrade their devices.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers and diagnose their device issues
- Recommend the best repair, replacement, or upgrade solutions
- Sell certified pre-owned and new devices when repair may not be the best option
- Upsell accessories such as screen protectors, cases, and chargers
- Convert phone calls and email inquiries into store visits and sales opportunities
- Deliver a world-class customer service experience
- Handle customer concerns professionally and de-escalate issues when necessary
- Build relationships with repeat customers and local businesses
Electronics Repair
- Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets
- Perform repairs including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, and basic diagnostics
- Assist with advanced repairs and soldering work (depending on experience)
- Stay up to date with new devices and repair techniques
- Maintain high quality repair standards and reduce repeat repairs
Store Operations
- Manage repair tickets and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management of parts, accessories, and devices
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations
- Monitor trends in repairs, warranties, and parts quality
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to upsell, add-on, and close sales opportunities
- Minimum requirement: Ability to perform smartphone and tablet repairs, including screen replacements and battery replacements
- Ability to clearly explain repair options and device upgrade options to customers
- Ability to multitask between customer service, sales, and repair work
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems
Preferred Experience
- Experience repairing iPhone, Samsung, or other smartphones
- Tablet repair experience
- Laptop or gaming console repair experience
- Soldering or micro-soldering experience
- Retail sales experience
Compensation
Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
Plus performance bonuses and sales incentives

Schedule
Full-Time/Part-Time Position
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Expected Hours: 35 – 45 per week
