We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer responsible for the end-to-end design, provisioning, implementation, and delivery of Enterprise LAN and Wireless solutions for corporate customers. The ideal candidate to have 5-10 years of experience with strong hands-on in enterprise networking technologies, wireless site surveys, LAN/WAN deployment, project delivery, and customer engagement. Experience with Juniper Mist AI-driven networking solutions will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Network Design & Planning
· Perform customer requirements gathering and technical workshops.
· Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for Enterprise LAN and Wireless deployments.
· Conduct wireless coverage and capacity planning.
· Design campus, branch, and office LAN/Wi-Fi architectures.
· Recommend deployment strategies based on customer requirements.
· Ensure designs adhere to industry best practices for scalability, resiliency, and security.
Provisioning & Configuration
· Configure enterprise-grade switches, access points, wireless controllers, and network management platforms.
· Prepare device configurations, templates, and deployment documentation.
· Provision VLANs, routing protocols, QoS policies, and wireless SSIDs.
· Configure network authentication and access control mechanisms.
· Integrate with customer infrastructure including:
o Active Directory
o RADIUS/TACACS
o NAC solutions
o DHCP/DNS services
Deployment & Implementation
· Lead onsite and remote implementation activities.
· Perform installation, staging, migration, and cutover activities.
· Execute wireless site surveys and post-deployment validation.
· Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.
· Ensure project milestones and customer acceptance criteria are met.
Testing & Acceptance
· Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
· Validate LAN and Wi-Fi performance against design specifications.
· Perform roaming, coverage, throughput, and failover testing.
· Prepare implementation reports and customer handover documentation.
Customer Engagement
· Participate in customer technical discussions and project meetings.
· Provide deployment status updates and technical guidance.
· Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to customer IT teams.
· Support project documentation and operational handover activities.
