The Role
As the Client Concierge, you are the heart of the client experience. You will guide clients from onboarding to case closure, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. This is a non-legal role, but strategically critical—your work directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

Compensation:
$26.44 - $28.85 hourly
Responsibilities:
You will:

Serve as the primary non-legal contact for clients, answering questions and guiding them through the process

Conduct milestone check-ins and value alignment conversations

Track client progress, deadlines, and communications in our case management system

Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating only when necessary

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, marketing, and client success teams

Help clients see the value of our services, fostering retention, engagement, and referrals
Qualifications:
Requirements
-
2+ years in client service, account management, or client success (law firm experience a plus)

Bachelor’s degree preferred (communications, business, legal studies, or similar)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with CRM or case management systems (Clio Manage preferred)

Experience with Google Workspace

Ability to handle sensitive, high-stress client interactions professionally
