Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and cold calling within assigned territories.
• Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions effectively.
• Develop strategic territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across B2B (business-to-business) clients.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals confidently.
• Expertise in CRM software like Salesforce for lead tracking, analysis, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and customer consultations.
• Demonstrated ability in account management, upselling, and customer service excellence.
• Skilled in cold calling, inside sales strategies, and retail or direct sales approaches.
