- Maintain and troubleshoot UniFi access points, UniFi switches, MikroTik routers, Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPN, ISP circuits, and network connectivity
- Manage internet service, circuit maintenance, vendor support cases, renewals, outages, and service escalations
- Support TVs, meeting rooms, Logitech Rally systems, displays, microphones, cameras, and related AV equipment
- Support Genetec security surveillance and access control systems, including cameras, doors, badges, permissions, and related workflows
- Assist with alarm systems, physical security technology, PACS/access-control workflows, and facility technology coordination
- Support RF scanners, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and operational technology used by warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, and office teams
- Build repeatable processes for support requests, purchases, vendor coordination, maintenance schedules, documentation, and audits
- Coordinate with operations, facilities, manufacturing, fulfillment, leadership, and global IT teams on technology projects
