We are a growing supplier of frameless shower door hardware and glass-related building products serving contractors, glass shops, installers, and distributors throughout Southern California. We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and bilingual (Mandarin/English) Manager Assistant (Marketing & Sales Focused) to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to combine brand marketing, digital promotion, and business development (BD) within the building materials industry. You will work directly with company leadership and play a pivotal role in elevating brand visibility, planning promotional campaigns, and driving lead generation through innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media Operations: Manage daily operations, content planning, and copywriting for the company’s social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness within the local construction and glass industry.
Marketing Campaign Planning: Assist in planning and executing online/offline promotions, new product launches, and trade shows; coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as flyers and product catalogs.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and scout potential contractors, glass shops, and distributors in Southern California using online research, social media engagement, and digital outreach.
Customer Relations & Follow-up: Monitor and handle inquiries from the website, social media, and overseas channels; conduct initial outreach, product presentations, and quotation follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Market Research: Gather data on local competitors' pricing and promotional strategies, providing regular feedback to management to help optimize our market positioning.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate communication between customers, warehouse staff, and vendors to ensure seamless fulfillment of marketing and sales commitments.
Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (capable of writing English marketing copy and communicating effectively with local clients).
Recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong copywriting skills and a good aesthetic eye; proficiency with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) or video editing software is a plus.
Outgoing personality with exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset toward driving growth.
Organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking capabilities to manage promotional and sales initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in overseas social media management, content marketing, SEO, or Google/Meta ad placement is highly preferred.
Familiarity with digital communication platforms; experience in construction, building materials, glass, or hardware industries is a major plus.
