Job Summary

Civil Engineer: Team member will be responsible for performing civil engineering duties in planning, design, permitting, and construction observation. Seekers should be motivated, team oriented, and have effective time management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

· BSCE in Civil Engineering. Relevant civil engineering experience from internships and work experience is preferred.

· Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.

· Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to interface with clients, other project disciplines, and regulatory personnel.

· AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency is required. GIS/ARCINFO experience is also desired.

· Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe/Bluebeam skills.

Typical Job Tasks

· Prepare designs and construction documents including demolition, sediment and erosion control, geometric, grading and drainage, and utility plans.

· Prepare sediment and erosion control and stormwater designs, narratives, and supporting calculations.

· Develop water and sanitary sewer utility system designs, calculations, and specifications.

· Conduct inspections of projects during construction to evaluate quality or performance and ensure conformance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory guidelines.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
