• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in system or network administration; DoD or research & development environment experience is highly valued.
• Compliance with DoD 8140 requirements within 6 months of hire (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA, or other approved certification/degree/training).
• Strong background in Windows and/or Linux server administration.
• Proficiency with network configuration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching).
• Experience with Active Directory and user access management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and system hardening practices (STIGs).
• Travel: Willing and able to travel up to 50%.
• Completion of mandatory cybersecurity training, including:

• Experience working with DoD networks or sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with system accreditation workflows and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and remote engineering teams.
