Business Data Analyst (Entry Level)

Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical and motivated Business Data Analyst to support business operations through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing datasets, developing reports, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze business data from multiple internal systems.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics that support business decisions.
• Assist in documenting business processes and data requirements.
• Create ad hoc reports and presentations for management.
• Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Maintain documentation for reports, KPIs, and business metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience or relevant internship/project experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
