Title: Junior Data Analyst Location: Washington, DC (Remote if not local to DC) Schedule: 40 hours per week Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 plus discretionary bonus

We are currently hiring for a Junior Data Analyst with a well-established, member-owned financial institution. This role sits within the eCommerce team, will report directly to the eCommerce Director, and will be responsible for owning reporting and dashboards, partnering with management on data-driven projects, and serving as a full backup for the Senior eCommerce Analyst. This is a backfill on a stable, collaborative team with strong visibility to leadership.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to plan, develop, and implement data analytics and project plans, while building and maintaining organizational and departmental dashboards for trending and analysis.
• Produce and maintain reports and KPI dashboards, tracking timelines, resources, and deliverables, and following up on outstanding assignments.
• Work with vendors to source and validate data, maintain the data warehouse solution and all vendor connections, and stay current on emerging tools and trends.
• Monitor project progress against established goals, keep all stakeholders informed, and write, edit, and update procedures while serving as a product expert across data software.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a related field from a traditional four-year school (required)
• 6+ months of data analysis/reporting experience (internships count)
• Strong Excel (required); working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Python (preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
