Job Description: Behavior Technician(BT/RBT):

• Candidates must be licensed in the State of Oregon as an RBAI (Registered Behavior Analyst Interventionist). If not currently licensed, you must be eligible for licensure and willing to obtain it prior to the start of employment, Footprints offers free paid training, including a 40-hour ABA Certificate Course, to support your journey in becoming an exceptional ABA professional.
• Possess a minimum 2nd year undergraduate in Special Education/Children Development or related field (BA/BS level education preferred) with direct experience in delivering Applied Behavior Analytic programs to children on the autism spectrum.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience.
• This position entails implementing Applied Behavior Analytic programs and working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Additional Desired Requirements:

• Ability to interact in a positive and collegial manner with fellow staff members, families and clients
• Experience with Microsoft Word/PPT/Excel
• Availability to work weekdays
• Ability to provide evidence of negative TB test results
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting and background check
• Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
• Bilingual Speaker
