• Conduct research on mission priorities, customer requirements, emerging technologies (such as artificial intelligence, cyber, ISR, and autonomy), and market dynamics to inform growth strategy and business execution.
• Assist in the development of briefing materials, executive summaries, white papers, and analytical products for internal and customer-facing engagements.
• Support capture and proposal development teams by researching, solutioning, and coordinating inputs from technical, operational, and pricing teams.
• Track and analyze budget and pipeline data, maintain spend plans, opportunity databases, and resource alignment tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between program execution, solution architecture, operations, and growth teams.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
• Current student or recent graduate (undergraduate or graduate program)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce professional, concise materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional maturity and effective interaction with senior leaders, customers, and teams
• Interest in national security, defense, intelligence, or mission support careers
