We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Research Intern to support innovation and the continued development of our growing department, while meeting the current needs of our agents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Data entry
• Completing data report requests from our agents
• Build a commercial real estate database for Eastern Idaho
• General clean-up and maintaining of all data in database
• General agent/assistant questions and troubleshooting
• General marketing functions
• Track listings
• Trend analysis & statistical reports
• Contribute to quarterly analysis and interpretation of market trends for Eastern Idaho
• Lead generation
• Data exchanges with other brokerages and appraisers
• May perform other duties as assigned

Work Location: In person

Schedule: 20-40 hours per week

• Open to Part-Time or Full-Time

Duration: 1-year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
