Role Description
We’re hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative in Grand Rapids, MI.
This is not a “sit back and wait for leads” role. We’re looking for someone competitive, hungry, and energized by building relationships and creating opportunities.
As a BDR at Clicki, you’ll be on the front lines of growth. You’ll identify high-intent prospects, run outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our sales team. You’ll work directly with leadership, help shape outreach strategy, and play a major role in scaling one of the fastest-growing referral platforms in home services.
