Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our growing team in Aurora, IL. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, advanced Revit proficiency, and the ability to lead projects from concept through construction. This individual will play a key role in project delivery while mentoring and developing less experienced staff. The Project Architect will be responsible for coordinating project teams, maintaining technical quality standards, and ensuring successful execution of projects while serving as a trusted resource for both clients and internal team members. Experience with K-12 educational facilities is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the unique planning, design, phasing, and construction challenges associated with occupied school environments and will be comfortable collaborating with school districts, administrators, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases of a project. Experience with municipal, community, and public-sector projects is also a plus.
