About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify, develop, and close new commercial cleaning accounts across industries including office, healthcare, education, industrial, automotive, and mixed‑use facilities. You’ll lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and work closely with operations teams and franchise partners to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client success.
This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions‑oriented sales professional who excels at building trust and delivering value.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & develop new business across multiple industries
- Conduct site walkthroughs, needs assessments, and in‑person meetings
- Build strong relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision‑makers
- Develop proposals & pricing tailored to client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding
- Maintain CRM activity, follow‑ups, and pipeline accuracy
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless account transitions
- Identify recurring contract opportunities and value‑added services
- Overcome objections with strong problem‑solving and solution design
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with high accountability
