WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS DIFFERENT
Most antitrust litigation firms ask you to defend the conduct that harms markets. At Berger Montague, you do the opposite at the highest level of the plaintiffs' bar.
Our Antitrust Department is one of the most respected plaintiff-side practices in the country, with a principal role in some of the largest antitrust class actions in U.S. history, including a $5.6 billion settlement in the Payment Card Interchange Fee litigation, a $375 million settlement for UFC fighters, and a $750 million settlement in In re Namenda. Our docket spans price-fixing, wage suppression, monopolization, and market allocation cases across pharmaceuticals, technology, professional sports, and more. Federal courts routinely appoint us to leadership roles, and we have been ranked #1 in antitrust class action recoveries two years running.
This position is for an attorney who wants to shape the evidentiary backbone of landmark antitrust cases, building the factual record that wins at class certification, summary judgment, and trial.
This is a rare opportunity to practice sophisticated civil litigation at scale while taking on the companies and cartels that rig markets against consumers, workers, and businesses that play by the rules.
