We are seeking full-time warehouse associate for the Flowers Foods distribution center in Cinnaminson, NJ.

Flowers Foods owns several well-known brands including Dave's Killer Bread, Wonder Bread, Tastykake & Nature's Own.

The Warehouse Shipper is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of outbound shipments. This role plays a key part in verifying orders, coordinating with distributors, and serving as a communication bridge between the sales and shipping departments to resolve any order discrepancies.

Available Shift:

Full Time, 5 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)

10:00AM - 6:00PM

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Verify outgoing orders for accuracy, including quantities, product specifications, and shipping details
• Prepare and process shipments in accordance with company standards and deadlines
• Communicate promptly with distributors regarding order discrepancies, delays, or issues
• Act as a liaison between the sales and warehouse/shipping teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Experience coordinating with distributors or vendors
• Familiarity with order management or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience (6+ months) in a warehouse or shipping role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (inventory/shipping systems experience is a plus)
• Ability to lift and move packages as required (specify weight if needed)
