Your Earning Structure — No Surprises

We run 100% commission. No base salary. We tried it with a base and found it attracted the wrong people. This structure is designed for someone who wants their income tied directly to their output.

Here's exactly how it works:

• 10% commission on all revenue you self-generate
• 7% commission on company-provided leads
• Monthly performance kickers for exceeding targets:
• $100K–$125K in monthly revenue: additional 2% on revenue above $100K
• $125K–$170K in monthly revenue: additional 3% on revenue above $125K
• $170K+ in monthly revenue: additional 5% on revenue above $170K

No cap. Ever.

Here's what the math actually looks like:

At $150K/month in revenue (60% self-generated, 40% company leads):

• $90K self-gen x 10% = $9,000
• $60K company leads x 7% = $4,200
• Kicker on $25K above $100K threshold = $500
• Kicker on $25K above $125K threshold = $750
• Monthly take-home: $14,450 — that's $173,400/year

At $200K/month in revenue (70% self-generated, 30% company leads):

• $140K self-gen x 10% = $14,000
• $60K company leads x 7% = $4,200
• Kicker on $25K above $100K threshold = $500

What You'll Do

• Run estimates for company-provided leads and close on the spot — we currently close at 50%, which is strong for this industry
• Prospect and build your own pipeline through relationships with builders, remodelers, property managers, real estate professionals, and other referral partners
• Develop long-term B2B relationships that generate recurring and referral revenue
• Manage your own schedule and territory — you're running this like a business
• Cover the Sioux Falls metro and surrounding areas, typically within an hour of Sioux Falls
• Use our CRM and estimating tools to manage your pipeline and job flow

What We're Looking For

You don't need gutter experience. You need to know how to sell and how to build relationships.

Specifically:

• Experience in outside sales, B2B relationship development, or a role where you built your own book of business
• Comfort running estimates and closing in a single visit — no second trips, no "I'll think about it and follow up"
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality — you don't wait for the phone to ring
• Strong communicator with homeowners and business professionals alike
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule — some evenings and Saturdays come with the territory

We're open to someone earlier in their career if they have the right instincts. A natural hunter with 2-3 years of experience will outperform a complacent veteran every time.
