We are seeking a highly meticulous and security-minded Luxury E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end fulfillment process for our high-end jewelry and watch online store. Operating directly out of our premier showroom, this role bypasses traditional warehouse mechanics in favor of a "white-glove" customer experience.

You will ensure that every luxury timepiece and designer jewelry piece is flawlessly inspected, appropriately registered for brand warranties, securely packaged to brand standards, and safely dispatched. The ideal candidate possesses an uncompromising eye for detail, a strong understanding of Shopify fulfillment, and experience navigating high-value logistics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Luxury Order Fulfillment & Brand Standards

• White-Glove Presentation: Accurately pick, meticulously inspect, and carefully pack high-value jewelry and watches according to strict brand-specific aesthetic guidelines.
• Shopify Order Management: Manage the daily queue of online orders through Shopify, ensuring accurate status updates, inventory tracking, and swift processing.
• Warranty Activation: Coordinate and execute brand-specific warranty activations and registrations across various luxury watch and jewelry manufacturer portals prior to shipment.

2. High-Value Logistics & FedEx Management

• FedEx Protocol Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our dedicated FedEx services, ensuring strict adherence to high-value transit protocols and signature-required delivery structures.
• Intercepts & Rerouting: Proactively monitor high-risk shipments and efficiently manage in-transit package reroutes or address corrections through shipping portals.
• Reverse Logistics: Oversee the luxury returns process, including inspecting returned high-value merchandise for authenticity and pristine condition before restocking in Shopify.

3. Inventory Coordination & Showroom Security

• Stock Reconciliation: Collaborate closely with the showroom inventory team to verify stock availability, reconcile physical luxury pieces against digital Shopify orders, and maintain 100% SKU accuracy.
• Secure Handling: Adhere to strict showroom security and insurance compliance protocols when handling, packing, and staging high-value inventory.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, luxury retail, or handling high-value/secured goods.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify fulfillment workflows is required. Familiarity with FedEx Ship Manager or advanced shipping apps is highly preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in matching exact serial numbers, reference numbers, and product variants.
• Discretion & Security Mindset: A strong understanding of the security measures required when shipping luxury assets, including transit insurance requirements and fraud-prevention awareness.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication to coordinate seamlessly with internal digital marketing, inventory, and customer service teams.
