Central Electric Cooperative is seeking a Safety & Loss Control Administrator to help lead and support company-wide safety initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating safety programs, promoting compliance, supporting training, and helping reduce organizational risk through proactive loss control efforts.

What You’ll Do
· Coordinate and support the cooperative’s safety program in alignment with OSHA requirements and related standards.
· Conduct safety inspections, field visits, and accident investigations.
· Organize and support the safety committee while serving as a key safety resource.
· Help maintain safe work practices, procedures, and safety documentation, including the safety manual.
· Administer hazardous materials processes and support safety orientation for new employees and contractors.
· Identify, plan, and coordinate safety-related training initiatives.
· Support loss control efforts, including workers’ compensation and property loss matters, as directed.
· Assist with budgeting, records retention, and continuous improvement of safety programs.
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in safety or a related field.
· Safety certification(s) are a plus.
· Two or more years of related experience is preferred.
· Valid PA Driver’s License is required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organization and attention to detail
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train and support employees
