Summary:
Responsible for supporting new product development (NPD), improving manufacturing processes, and introducing new technologies to enhance quality, efficiency, and product performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering activities for new product development projects from concept through launch.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce waste.
• Research, evaluate, and introduce new equipment and technologies.
• Support manufacturing improvements, including yield optimization and reducing production constraints.
• Assist with product research and development initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate effectively across departments and communicate project progress.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in production areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong communication and hands-on engineering skills.
• Experience in a cGMP or Consumer Packaged Goods environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $115,000.00 per year
