Job Summary
STS is seeking a Heavy Duty Technician Trainee for its Syracuse location. This is a full-time, hourly position with a starting pay range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on education and experience. It is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn the trade while helping keep our shop, grounds, and facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly.
The right person will split time between assisting our technicians in the shop and performing facilities, grounds, and janitorial work across the property — with a clear path to grow into a full Heavy Duty Technician role.

- Other duties as assigned.
