BOOST serves thousands of clinics across the country by helping providers protect and maximize reimbursement on Workers' Compensation and Auto claims through innovative technology, automation, and operational expertise.
What You'll Do
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support our operations, client experience, reporting, and growth initiatives.
You will work closely with leadership, operations, finance, marketing, and technology teams to create scalable solutions that improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions
- Build and support Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows
- Develop scalable automation using Salesforce Flow and other platform tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance concerns
Integrations & Platform Architecture
- Design and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems
- Support data synchronization and system interoperability
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical solution design
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices are followed
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful business insights
- Support leadership with data visibility and operational reporting
- Assist with data quality initiatives and governance processes
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
- Recommend system enhancements that improve user experience and efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
- Experience building and maintaining integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working in a fast-growing organization
- Experience supporting business operations, analytics, or workflow automation initiatives
- Health technology experience is a plus
