We are seeking a skilled, reliable AI Coding Specialist and Company Support Generalist for RV Dozer, an early-stage venture building an innovative RV-related product. The position is based in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area, with in-person work preferred and some remote flexibility for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving small team. You will clean up, organize, and improve existing AI-generated code, build new features, and fix issues using AI coding tools and standard development practices, maintain the project website and related digital assets, and support general company operations, such as marketing materials, documentation, testing, logistics, or other tasks as needed. You will work directly with the founder to move the project forward quickly.

Requirements include strong experience with AI-assisted coding using tools like Claude or similar, along with modern web and development stacks. You must be able to review, debug, and refactor code efficiently. A practical self-starting attitude is essential, as the role requires handling both technical and non-technical tasks. Candidates should be located near Eau Claire, WI, or be willing to work on-site regularly. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver clean results under tight timelines are required.
