About Us

We’re a busy, patient-oriented podiatry practice on McGregor Blvd. We need a proactive team member who masters both front-office admin and ModMed EHR to free up the provider's time. Must be able to hire for practice expansion (website, youtube, retail, website design and edits, building protocols for the office FOH/BOH)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all ModMed EMA & Practice Management workflows: scheduling, patient check‑in/out, insurance verification, document scanning, billing, and claims submissions.ModMed+5ModMed+5ModMed+5
• Perform podiatry-specific billing: submit claims, post payments, reconcile statements, and manage denials.
• Provide efficient front-office support: answer phones, greet/reschedule patients, send reminders.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure a smooth patient check-in experience.
• Collaborate with the provider and clinical staff to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in medical administration or billing, preferably in podiatry or a specialty clinic.
• Proficient with ModMed EMA + Practice Management.ModMedModMed
• Solid experience with insurance workflows, claims, and billing cycles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail—crucial for smooth operations.
• Comfortable with EHR tasks: scanning documents, filing, patient record handling.
• Bonus: CMAA certification, billing-specific training.
