ACS is seeking an Expert Systems Engineer to help lead engineering teams in taking a multi-discipline approach to requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across DIE, NGA, NSG, ASG and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or in a related technical or scientific field such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience of 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree
• 18+ years of experience working in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or systems engineering of large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture environments residing in cloud, on premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
• Experience with and strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the current NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises.
• Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience.
• Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience.

• Ability to work onsite in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment, as required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with government customers, technical teams, and cross-functional partners
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to analyze requirements and contribute to technical solutions in a mission-driven environment
• Ability to manage assigned tasks and deliver quality work under deadlines
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop technical recommendations
• Ability to contribute to systems engineering, integration, and evaluation efforts across the lifecycle
• Ability to support technical planning, risk identification, and system improvement initiatives
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
• Ability to comply with all security requirements, including handling classified information in secure environments

• Non-STEM Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years of experience in related technical or scientific fields (as above)
• HS graduation and 22+ years of experience in related technical or scientific fields (as above)
