Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management, performance, and completion of a major contract program.
• Manages and directs all phases of a program from inception to completion, from quotation to On Time delivery.
• Coordinates proposal preparation and establishes and monitors production plans and schedules.
• Maintains contact with customers regarding technical specifications.
• Directs the integration of a program management team that may include purchasing, planning, engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and administrative functional areas.
• Establishes and maintains contacts to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
• Program management for current and potential customers.
• Stabilize existing business, expand divisions, and grow revenues from existing customers.
• Maintains and presents KPI dashboard summary of progress of account to meet targets.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years’ related experience as Program Manager in contract manufacturing (SMT/PCBA)
• Ability to manage multiple high priority time-critical tasks.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Requires a college degree or equivalent working experience.
• Engineering background (manufacturing/process/test) and MRP knowledge is a plus.
• Can do positive attitude with team spirit is a must.
• Previous experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), Sub Assembly Modules/System Integration, is a plus.
• Contract manufacturing/program management environment is preferred.
